Begin your journey by crossing the majestic Atlas Mountains, where breathtaking landscapes await. As you ascend the Tinifift Pass (1660 m), you'll be captivated by panoramic views. Descend into the enchanting Draa Valley, dotted with fortified villages (ksours) and lush palm groves. After a delightful lunch in Zagora, we’ll venture to the village of Ouled Dris. Here, you’ll meet our friendly team of camel drivers and cooks, who will guide you on your camel trek into the stunning Erg Lihoudi dunes. Spend the night in a cozy bivouac under the stars, surrounded by the serene desert atmosphere. (2 hours of walking)

Awaken to the soft sounds of the desert as you begin your trek through a landscape adorned with tamarisk trees. Journey from dune to dune, soaking in the tranquility of your surroundings. Enjoy a leisurely lunch beside a refreshing well before continuing to the charming small dunes of Oued Naam. Here, you’ll experience the beauty of the desert in its purest form. Spend another night in a delightful bivouac. (5 hours of walking)

Today’s adventure takes you through hilly, rocky terrain until you reach the first captivating dunes. Stop for lunch under the shade of a grand acacia tree, then continue your trek through the enchanting dunes, culminating at Bougarne dune. As the sun sets, immerse yourself in the stunning scenery before resting in your cozy bivouac. (5-6 hours of walking) 

Delve deeper into the heart of the desert as you journey towards Cheggaga, home to Morocco’s longest dunes (40 km of pure sand). Along the way, enjoy a delightful lunch while soaking in the expansive desert views. Your bivouac awaits at the foot of the magnificent Aabid Liya dune, offering a perfect vantage point for witnessing a breathtaking sunset. (5-6 hours of walking)

After a hearty breakfast, bid farewell to your camel drivers, who have shared this unforgettable journey with you. Your adventure continues as you transfer by 4x4 along the legendary Paris-Dakar Rally tracks, passing through Foum Zguid and Taznakht. Ascend the Tichka Pass (2260 m) and return to Marrakech, where you’ll spend the night at your Riad (Riad Samir Privilège or similar).
