Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, you will be met by our local representative, who will assist you with immigration and customs procedures for a smooth entry into Jordan. Afterward, you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman for check-in and overnight stay.

Day2: Amman - Mujib reserve - Dead Sea - Petra

After breakfast, drive to Mujib Reserve, the lowest nature reserve on Earth, for a short hike through the scenic Wadi Al Mujib Trail. Continue to the Dead Sea to experience floating in its salty waters and enjoy its mineral-rich mud. In the afternoon, transfer to Petra. Overnight in Petra.

Day3: Petra 1st visit

After breakfast, explore the magnificent Red Rose City of Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Enter through the narrow Siq, a 1 km gorge flanked by towering 80-meter cliffs, leading to the iconic Treasury (Al-Khazneh). Discover Petra’s fascinating rock-carved architecture and rich history, featured in films like Indiana Jones. Overnight in Petra.

Day4: Petra 2nd visit - Wadi Rum

After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Petra at your own pace. Visit highlights such as the Siq, Royal Tombs, Treasury (Al-Khazneh), and Qasr Al Bint. For those seeking a panoramic view, hike approximately 800 steps to the Monastery (Ad-Deir), one of Petra’s most impressive monuments. In the late afternoon, drive to Wadi Rum. Dinner and overnight in Wadi Rum.

Day5: Wadi Rum - Dana Biosphere Reserve

After Breakfast. Enjoy the morning in Wadi Rum, known as the “Valley of the Moon” the marvelous Jordan Desert with its fascinating sand dunes. Its Rocky Mountains are distinguished by their white, yellow, red and brown colors, and their distinctive geographical formations. 3 hours jeep excursion in the desert, before heading to Dana Biosphere Reserve. Overnight in Dana.

Day6: Dana - Madaba - Mt. Nebo - Amman

After breakfast, hike the White Dome Trail (3–4 hours), which offers stunning views along the escarpments of Wadi Dana between Rummana Campsite and Dana Village. Then, visit Madaba, famous for its 6th-century Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land, located in St. George’s Church. Continue to Mount Nebo, where Moses is believed to have viewed the Promised Land. Transfer to Amman. Overnight in Amman.

I WANT TO TRAVEL TO EGYPT IN A TOUR GROUP AND STAY AT THE CHEAPEST HOTELS?

Egypt offers a wide variety of 3-star hotels. The prices range from $12 to $20 per person per night in a double room. I would suggest you check hotel directories for rates and locations. Backpacker services are not popular in Egypt, although a few are available.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL TIPS FOR EGYPT? ON HEALTH

On Health – Bring a supply of your medication if you take any on a regular basis as well as a copy of your prescription. However, please be assured that your hotel or our staff will find you a specialized doctor should the need arise.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL TIPS FOR EGYPT? ON PHOTOGRAPHY

On Photography – Taking photos inside many temples is restricted, so please follow the advice of your guide and the keeper of the sites. In some places, please be aware that the government will charge you for taking photographs. Due to new policies put in place by the Ministry of Tourism, cameras are not permitted at all in the Valley of the Kings. Please exercise caution and respect when taking photographs of anything other than tourist sites. It is forbidden to take photographs of the police, anything of a military nature or indeed bridges, airports and public works. Respect should be given to Egyptian women, use discretion. Always ask permission before taking photos of people and expect to be asked for a tip in return.
