Egypt in Style Tours will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to accommodations, facilities at the accommodations, ground transportation, illnesses, local regulations, weather conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes, or cancellations of travel due to weather, accidents, or health-related issues during a tour or retreat, as well as while in transit (e.g., an accident en route to a tour), during, or after the tour, unless such incidents are directly caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Egypt in Style Tours and its staff. 

It is the traveler’s responsibility to secure appropriate travel insurance to cover these risks, and it is mandatory to do so if you intend to travel with us. If travel plans are delayed or canceled for any reason, *Egypt in Style* will not issue refunds except as specified herein. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for a canceled trip, such as airline tickets or costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness. 

Cancellation by Client

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel plans at any time. Cancellation will take effect from the date we receive written notification from the person who made the booking, either via mail or email. We recommend using recorded delivery or requesting a read receipt. Any cancellation will incur a fee to cover the reasonable costs we’ve incurred in organizing and canceling your booking. Charges for cancellations after the balance due date will vary due to the complexity of our travel itineraries. Please note that many internal flight costs are non-refundable. The full cancellation costs will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

Below is a guideline for cancellation charges, which may vary:

- More than 2 months: Loss of deposit - Full refund of balance
- Between 1 & 2 months: Loss of deposit - 50% refund of balance
- Less than 1 month: Loss of deposit - No Refund

Please note that flight cancellation charges will be in addition to the fees outlined above. Flight cancellation fees are determined by our flight agents and the respective airline, and *Egypt in Style* will adhere to these rules. We strongly recommend obtaining insurance to cover non-refundable cancellation costs.

Permission to Use Video and Photographs

I consent to *Egypt in Style* using photographs and videos of me, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Please note that no images of you will be used unless you have seen them first and granted your approval.

Payment Plan

Payment plans can be arranged through mutual agreement between Egypt in Style Tours and the client. Payment terms will be negotiated based on the booking date and the departure date. We offer two payment options:

- Bank Transfer: You must cover bank transfer fees before transferring the amount.
- Payment Link: We will send you a link with the invoice amount plus a 3% bank fee.

Full payment is required at least 2 months before the departure date.
